Smart repair training is a important step with HBC systems, tools and equipment

Therefore, HBC system provides a complete training program, in which the trainees are trained by the principle of “learning by doing”.

• Paintless dent repair removal training of small dents in car body parts
• Spot smart repair training, smart repair of small damages in car paint


The quickest way to integrate the different techniques of modern vehicle treatment in the operation and amortization we not only operate as a system supplier, but also provide the necessary software, namely the various training seminars. Our German headquarters in Kiel provide these trainings at several locations throughout the country. Here, the participants practice to work on a “live” vehicle.

 

Each successful trainee will be certified. -- That will facilitate the future cooperation with insurance companies.

Smart repair training

 

Training: SMART Repair

Duration: 1 or 2 days (Depending on system selection)


Vehicle reconditioning is now more than “washing, vacuuming and polishing”. New standards define the market situation standards, where the term “reconditioning” no longer meets standards, which require intensive training and the use of special tools is needed.

The course “smart-repairs” deals with various innovative repair procedures on the vehicle:
• Windshield repair (stone chips)
• Plastic repair interior / exterior (Linings / bumpers etc. incl. spot repair)
• Painting
• Odor removal
• Fabric and leather repair
• Dashboard repair (holes, scratches etc.)

 

There is a theoretical introduction to deal with the various repair systems. This also includes the damage management involving the conventional repair techniques.


Priority of course, the optimal “spots” of the repairs and the practical exercises on various body parts.
Our dedicated training centers, is fully equipped with all training aids to ensure all are trained to the highest standards in all the Systems we offer.

 

Initial training is carried out on sections of bumpers dashboards, seats, wheels and body panels, as you progress you will be carrying out work on “Live” vehicles to ensure a very high standard of finish.
