As 2011 winds down I look back with a great sense of pride and joy. First of all I want to emphasize how truly privileged we feel to be able to work with so many inspiring people. Throughout the year we have had many great experiences and we greatly appreciate the professionalism and graciousness you always extend us.

In a challenging economic climate we have been able to grow our organization, adding new products to our range as well as welcoming new training centres and distribution partners in China, Korea, Iran, France, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia.

Looking ahead to 2012 we look forward to welcoming you at the Automechanika exhibition in Frankfurt where we will present new exciting aspects of HBC.

In every respect, I’m pleased to summarize 2011 as a good and prospering HBC year. On behalf of the entire HBC system team I’ll thank all our customers and partners for their co-operation and support during the year, and wish all a
